XENSIV™ - IM68A130A high performance analog MEMS microphone - best fit for automotive applications in particular Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
After a successful launch of the first automotive qualified MEMS microphone in the market, the IM67D130A, Infineon is now enlarging its automotive microphone portfolio on the analog side, offering to the market the IM68A130A.
Its flat frequency, stable phase response and very low frequency roll off (LFRO) makes it perfectly suited for active noise cancellation (ANC applications). In addition to that, the high SNR and excellent AOP allows superior speech performance, which makes it a perfect product for a universal microphone inside an audio system.
IM68A130A is qualified according to the AEC-Q103-003 standard, and therefore complying with the automotive industry state of the art standards. This contributes to reduce efforts and risks of failures in module and system qualifications. The product is available for the complete typical vehicle´s life cycle, allowing savings in design-in efforts.
Additionally, its enlarged operating temperature range up to +105 °C allows flexible use in different application environments inside and outside of the vehicle
